I don't know about those but if you are eating much "tube steak" you are lowering your chances!

I didnt change my diet when we tried to conceive our son.
If you want to do that though, I would stay away from junk/fast foods. More veggies and fruits. Cutting out caffinated drinks (pop, coffee, energy drinks) would help. Also, stopping smoking (for both mother AND father) helps alot. Smoking harms the sperm, that wouldnt help you out. Same goes for alcohol.
GOOD LUCK!!

I haven't heard of any foods that help one get pregnant, but I have heard and read that taking prenatal vitamins can help because your body is getting the right nutrients it needs to prepare for and have a baby.

No specific foods help in conception. WHERE DO YOU PEOPLE HEAR THIS GARBAGE AND WHY THE HECK DO YOU LISTEN??? If you feel you "need" help, get to a doctor and discuss your options.
