How do you geta picture in your email message box. So that people can see the picture rather than download?

host it for free with something like www.imageshack.us or the like, then add the html tag to place the image then pray the person you sent it to has html enabled on thier mail client... hope that helps

Depends, if the mail stands HTML -and is activated- no problem.
Sometimes, mailboxes can be configured that it always shows pitures, or never shows picture.
So it depends of the mailbox of the one you're sending mails
