Food!!!!!

Check with your lion's club membership...see it anyone has any talents/job/knowledge that they could share with the teacher/students during the school year...for instance, if someone works in a technical/computer field,,,maybe they could come into a math/science class to explain how the classroom material is actually used...
Co-ordinate fund raising with various school related groups or pick an activity -choir, marching band, student government, etc etc etc....

Any "fun" activities...for instance....a trivia contest.with the winning team getting some school supplies..

A "weeny-roast"....pot luck lunch.......a totally informal get together with the staff and your club..one on one, some teachers and some members will probably find some mutual areas of interest...and probably come up with [educational] ideas on their own

NO EDUCATIONAL quiz/programme/activities...the staff will get "developed" during the year by the administration...and any activity that evens hints at pedagogical/educational behavior will probably be met with unfavorably
