if you mean at my best as in staying out of trouble I'd have to say 4-6am as I'm usually asleep. If you mean when am i at my best as in performance I'd have to say June 16th 1976.

I am at my best right after dinner...it's when I have the most energy and want to clean the house, do laundry and all that. I'm a real night owl, so evening feels like morning to me. Of course, it follows that I am at my absolute worst in the morning!

I love early evening when the day is winding down and the sun starts to set. It's gets really beautiful outside around that time.

I am at my best at about 8PM until about midnight. I am not much for mornings, but I used to be as a child.
