My guess is a lot of people think that and aren't saying it because it isn't politically correct.
But I'd like to add . . .
Just because someone looks gay and that look happens to be effeminate and odd, does not mean that all gay men are effeminate and odd. Someone with a completely different style and demeanor can also "look gay".

How can somebody look gay? Sorry my answer is no. But he looks like a freak on a leash that's for sure.

He does look a bit effeminate but that does not necessarily make him gay.

I don't know about that, but he does look like a bobble-head with that skinny neck and big head. He looks creepy, that I'm sure of.
