it has leaked water through the front a few times in the last two weeks and i vacuumed the top behind the grill, its a bulit in fridge/ freezer with the condenser, etc... on top. i thought it would start working better since cleaning but it didn't. also, its very warm to the touch at the sides and top. any ideas? how much can it cost to fix?

This sounds like the defrost cycle timer is "hung up" with the defrost heater left on. Check behind the kick panel for the timer. It may have a knob or a screwdriver slot. Turn the timer a quarter turn. If this resolves the problem and the unit functions normally, you're set. If the unit starts ice build-up, the timer will need replaced. Hope this helps.

i'm unfamiliar w sub zero but it must be a refrigerant leak. if this is fairly recent, I'd guess it's only a matter of time before the rest of it fails. Its not that expensive, finding and fixing a leak, a freon charge, your good to go. Of course a
Frigadaire might be slightly cheaper.

Get professional help. It will be expensive; subzero is the most expensive thing on the market. Make sure there are no obstructions to the coils either inside or outside the unit, though.

If you can afford a sub-zero you can well afford someone to fix it.
