landlords name is nemat maleksalehi. googled him and found out hes got a record of bad deeds. check it out yourself,please! this is an unbelievable situation and my dads been letting malek push him around (unfair/illegal work hours,ect.) for so long! Hes living on social security and barely gets by. After being injured doctor asked if it happened at work but medicare covered it so no claim was filed. tomorrow he is going back to the orchard malek ownes and his injury will continue to get worse untill he has no choice but to face eviction, while this whole time being treated badly at work and home because his boss ownes his apt. what should he do?

So call the prosecuting attorney and put him back in jail.
Tell him to call a workers' compensation attorney and set the claim up.
I'm not sure if you just wanted people to google the name (which I did), and this is truly a legitimate problem.
If it really is a problem, just call the attorney.

File a complaint in the nearest police station against the landlord for physical injuries and unlawful eviction.

Move out and get a lawyer! What do you mean what should he do? How can you let him go back there?
