If you have or had a web name that required you to register an address and email you will get this SCAM malmail. If it has a return addy from yahoo I turn them into yahoo under the TOS.
This may be the Nigerian 419 SCAM. See the many references.
The Secret Service is responsible for enforcement.

Yeah, it's pathetic that some people out there actually fall for them. At the same time, I can't believe the spammers can't come up with a more convincing story.
I haven't gotten that email in particular, but I've seen the one where the guy who has been recently given a large sum of money overseas wants your help moving it into several bank accounts. He says you can keep a chunk of it, but he needs your bank account number to make the initial deposit.
That's probably the most convincing one I've come across...

Yeah... I've gotten her and similar emails too. Most come from Nigeria or the Congo. Just delete them.

this are cheats. some email originating from african states-namely-ivory coast,senegal etc. best way is to avoid,or if you want to chek the authencity,simply ask for advance payment as your fee.they will never contact u after this
