this msg shows that any of your hardware which is attached, is not supporting ur computer, means its detected but not installed properly, for this solution try this:
right click on my computer -> properties -> hardware(tab) -> add hardware wizard
do this process this might show a name of hardware with question mark before its name in yellow color. then uninstall its software, restart ur system and again install software
