I use too much computer and stare at the LCD screen all the time.As a result,I'v developed dark circles.

I just need to know that, apart from spending less time using he Computer, what else can I do to get rid of the dark circles under my eyes.

And also, how to make your face ,which contains a lot of dimples, pimples, spots, etc.,go away and make your face as new as white and clean.

Ofcourse,I don't like to step outside, since I'm an agoraphobic and I've got OCD.So,going to a Doc becomes a big issue.

I just thought you guys maybe able to help me.

Oh,yeah one more thing. How to make your rough lips the most beautiful ever.I have problem with my lips too. When I come out of a bath or shower,I see my lips go all white. So I have to rub the surface to get rid of the white stuff, and when I lick them, which is often, they get soaked up.I then start rubbing off the rough part.

Is there any way that I can make my lips soft and attractive?

Hi, Since your are agoraphobic I am guessing that most things you buy is over the internet. I use an eye cream from a company called Arbonne. I have (had) dark circle naturally, but after getting a computer and sitting in front of it for way to many hours that didn't help. With the corrective eye cream from Arbonne in their NurtiMinC RE9 line my dark circles are gone. You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Good luck to you.

When you are free keep cucumber slices over your eyes and relax.Get away from the computer now and then and look outside the room as far as possible. It would do good looking far away green plants and lawns. For your face to be clear do not eat junk food.Eat lots of greens.Clean your face well and apply the paste made up of Sandal powder, turmeric powder and milk.Wait for 20 minutes and wash in cold water.

You may not be drinking enough water, and there's a toxin buildup in your body which can cause skin erruptions. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and is an indication of what's happening inside your body.

Adequate pure, bottled water can help a lot of things -- 1/2 your weight in ounces is the amount your body needs just to maintain hydration. If you would like to know about products to help lighten the dark circles and to properly, gently clean your skin, you can contact me.

Personal experience;

Do you go to bed when you're super tired?

The problem may be lack of niec sleep. Set up a regular sleeping pattern for 6 to 8 hrs.

Also, try looking at somewhere else and look at different distances..it'll relax your eye muscles. Maybe stretches every hour or so.

If dark circles already there look for eye creams containing vitamin k. It lets the blood seep back in to the blood vessels to take away that bruised underye look.

Good skincare. log on to the neutrogena website and take the quiz for skincare. They suggest products for you that will help. You can order online.

Dark Circles:
i don't know if this works, but i heard putting two spoons in the freezer and then getting them to basically be cold and then lay them on your eye lid area? i'm not quite sure.

Lips:
Exfoliate them.
Condition them.
