I have a labret, on the right side of my lip. Iand im a girl) And i love it. I think its sexy. And i think alot of other people do too. But what matters is if you like it. I do.

No, for either set of lips. Who wants to kiss metal? I'm sure enamel clanking against a metal ring is romantic to some people but not me. I would never date a guy who had a 'grill' or lip piercings.

No - I think all piercings (with the exception of ear rings) look nasty.
Also I work in clerical work in professional firms and I know I would not be employed in this industry with one, which makes me wonder if you are limiting your career by having one.
