Eat fewer calories than you consume and you'll lose weight. It's impossible to target one just specific part of your body for weight loss.

do exercise that focus on that area only for about 2 weeks, and the other alternative is do apply the product that will make it burn or removed our fat at that area. gud luck!!

after i had my 2nd child i found the pudge in that area was really tough to lose. but eating decently and pilates worked for me.
