No, but my daughter once drove about 30 miles with a jar candle on the back of her car, and it stayed there for the entire ride.

No. Usually like in the case of the coffee cup, or the book i was holding, someone behind me gets my attention... honking horn, flashing lights for me to pull over and then I discover what it is. Or I see whatever it was fall off in my rearview mirror. Usually it was on the top of the car, not the back or trunk-lid. Never made it to "B". Hope this helped.
