I don't think it's him. If someone killed someone, I would guess they would try to never have any association with the crime. This guy extensively researched it. Also he got some of the details wrong. I have a friend who studies these types of cases and according to her, an obsessed man like him would never forget a single detail of his crime. I think he is just trying to get attention

I fully believe this is the case of a mentally deranged person who was obsessed with JB from the beginning. He probably became so wrapped up in everything Jon Benet that he convinced himself that he was involved in her death. He has so many holes in his story saying that he picked her up from school when in fact she was on Christmas break, that he drugged her and yet autopsy reports showed no drugs in her system and the list goes on and on. If this man were her killer, great, he needs to be dealt with. But something smells fishy to me on this one. I know that if I were to face sitting in a Thai prison for the next few years I'd probably come up with some story to get me back to the States as well. Of course, I don't ever see myself facing that situation.
As always, time will tell.

He is a true attention getting nutcase. And the media is falling right into his desires. He needs to be put under the prison and throw the key away.

This guy just wanted some attention. He will get some too. The fact that Colorado police would like to close this case though they might just except his plea and move on with out it matching or not.

BOTH if he did do it! that would just mean he was a nutcase cuz you had to of been sick and pervertted and just screwed up in the head to do the things that were done to her! and well if he did do it he is just wanting attention too cuz thats why he came out and said he did it!

Every time someone new comes into this thing they are just as weird as the others or more so, no wonder they can't sort it out. Maybe they all should be locked away for the common good of mankind

I think he wants out of Thailand because if they really find out why he is there he won't be coming home any time soon. And I've heard Thai prisons are a bit less cozy than US prisons.

I think he's just covering up for someone else. From what I've seen of him he seems completely unphased and almost bored with the whole ordeal. I do believe he's (willingly) taking the rap for what someone else did.
