The only site I know of is http://www.equitymaster.com/tm.asp .
This site does not constantly update, however ... it seems to go at maybe 15 minute or so intervals. Also, commentary is posted pre-market open, throughout the trading day, and also after the market is closed.
I use that site to see what I can expect my ADRs from India to do the next day here in the US (like TTM). Otherwise, if you're just looking for BSE moves as an index updated at much more regular intervals, there seems to be no other real choice but Yahoo Finance.

I have gone through your question and answers given.
You have particularly sought guidance about INTRADAY TRADING.
It is not impossible but very difficult for individual to get himself updated with intraday momentum of stock market. A few companies are providing updation on hourly basis by sms or email. I have found same quite helpful and had been making good money (though trading on tips is sometimes quite risky).
If you are interested please approach
www.moneycontrol.co.in
or www.5paisa.com
or www.10paisa.com
You can also become members of yahoo!groups. A few are available whose members support each other.
BEST OF LUCK
