Where have you been living? Discrimination against whites is everywhere.
I've been passed over for jobs that have gone to less qualified minorities. Companies have quotas for these "protected groups" under affirmative action that they have to fill, and HR organizations are trained to figure out ways to hire and promote underqualified people.
Most white undergraduates have been bumped down a notch or two by an underqualified minority, but whites wouldn't know it unless they were bumped off the bottom rung.
White contractors constantly lose business to minority business owners with less experience and poorer work records.
Perhaps you've watched a TV show, movie or commercial, read a magazine or newspaper ad? Notice the token minorities? Even when the product is used mostly by whites?

how have we had it easier? at some time in history all races have had hardships.... at some time or another most races have been enslaved by someone else.... with affirmative action these days white people are getting passed over for jobs to lesser qualified non whites just because of race... that's discrimination... I say let the most qualified person get the job/position because of skill and experience... why is it OK for everyone else to complain and boohoo about discrimination but you only question it when it comes to white people?

Hey, I've been discriminated against for being white. Especially here in Texas - it happens all the time - whites are the minority. Guess what? Just because I'm white DOES NOT MEAN that I'm rich, in power, or racist. In fact, I'm quite tolerant, I'm poor, and I am a liberal, which means I have very little pull in our current government.
There are racists of all different colors. What we need to do is stop complaining about "Oh, I'm white and I got discriminated against!" and "Oh, I'm black and I got discriminated against" and just STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST OTHER PEOPLE FOR CHRISSAKES!

Because as SOON as any other race/nationality/ethnicity/or what have you begins to complain about how BAD they have it, the guilty party of "racism" begins to feel the brunt of it. It's an overcompensation by the white man since they've, for so long, been accused of racism and bigotry that the only thing left for those that AREN'T white is to give them holy hell and thus the white folk believe now THEY are being discriminated against.

A lot of minorities respect white people, that's they don't get discrimination as much as others. But most white people think they're superior, some of them have the mindset that they are superior, so in turn, they discriminate on others. You can fault ignorance and insecurities.

Because the white man is actually discriminated against and must apologize for the history of other whites. They (minorities) simply need someone to blame cause it wasn't all whites that offendded/denied rights/or harmed others. Also, I feel that whities are simply scapegoats no different than the jews of Germany in Hitlers time.

I have had people discriminate me because I am white. It happens all the time, people love to prejudge and make assumptions on people they don't know. I have had a person of a different race refer to me as being rich because I was white, assuming that I lived in a house and had lots of money. They were wrong.

because of the laws against descrimination to other races a black person can get a job that you are far better suited for, just because the company has to hire a black person to keep their quota up, thats what they mean by reverse discrimination.

As a white heterosexual male, I receive no bonus "consideration" (can't use the word points now) when applying for college or certain jobs with government connections unlike every other group. It doesn't really matter to me though, 'cuz I'm smart enough. I'm good enough. And, gosh darn it, people like me.

it's called reverse discrimination. some feel they don't get the jobs that rightfully belong to them because of the EEO or given to immigrants or illegal aliens. and they are not properly compensated because these same people are willing to take these jobs at nominal
pay.
