Now a Days, Doing UG only is not enogh, So The decision what you have taken is good to do PG.

If you are much aware of the subjects that you have done in your engineering(B.E), you can go for M.Tech. why because if you do M.Tech like what you have done in B.E, It is full of waste. You have to prepare well for the entrance exam for M.Tech. Then only you will get seat in good college which has campus interviews.
If u join in M.tech, the best subjects are
Embedded Systems,
VLSI,
Software Engineering,
Computer Science and Information Security and
BioInformatics.

Coming to MBA, This will be everything new to your academic career since you are a B.E(ECE) graduate. So you feel fresh in this management concepts and this subject may attract you since this will be very intresting subject. For this also you have to prepare well for the entrance exam for MBA and try to get seat in the college which has campus interviews and should good percentage in MBA.
If u join in MBA, the best subjects are
Finance and Accounting,
Strategic Marketing and Research,
Strategy, OB and HR and
Operations and Technology.

If you are prepared for joining by paying donation seat for either M.Tech or MBA , its better to join in good college which has campus placements.

Your percentage marks were < 60%. To pursue courses of M.Tech and MBA simultaneously will be quite strenuous

Whenever we take a new assignment including ofcourse further courses studies we have to take into account our strengths and weaknesses. Is it not so?

Among other suggestions, please consider if you could pursue course of MBA by distance learning from Indira Gandhi National Open University. The course is flexible and easily manageable and credibility of IGNOU in international level is good. If needbe it will not hamper your job if you happen to join one.

MBA is better than M Tech for you.

BEST OF LUCK
