Learn to think positive:
I am thankful...
1. For the taxes that I pay because it means that I am employed.
2. For the mess to clean after a party because it means that I have been surrounded by friends.
3. For the clothes that fit a little too snug because it means I have
enough to eat.
4. For my shadow that watches me work because it means I am out in the sunshine.
5. For a floor that needs mopping, and windows that need cleaning because it means I have a home.
6. For all the complaining I hear about the government because it
means that we have freedom of speech.
7. For the parking spot I find at the far end of the parking lot
because it means I am capable of walking and that I have been blessed with transportation.

look at the problem from another angle/way. is it that bad as to bring you down and affect work and possibly home?
things are never that bad except we make them so. is it your personailty to be esaily depressed? its time to take stock and go for a healthy mind and body kind of thing.
talk to a friend or colleague, its never that bad?
as once was shared with me " problems are man made and it takes man to resolve it " sorry for the gender . . .
good luck.

close your eyes and think of a happy place, something you really love or enjoy. If something is bugging you get rid of it, meet new people, go to the beach, or lake. maybe a bike ride. Depression is a killer.
