Karr knows prisons in Thailand are worse than in America...so maybe he's trying get away from there free of charge.

And there's more...read on:
The killer was comfortable enough to sit down in the house and write a three page "ransom" note. The killer managed to go to the correct bedroom to get the girl without waking anyone else.

The killer wrote the note on a pad of paper belonging to the Ramsey's using a pen that also belonged to the Ramsey's.

The "ransom" note makes reference to a specific amount ...$118,000 ... the exact amount of a recent bonus for Mr. Ramsey. The number of suspects who would have this specific knowledge is VERY short.

The amount is rather low for a ransom, indicating the criminal is rather oddly unfamiliar with money.

The note has three quotes from action movies, such as "Don't try to grow a brain."

There were no signs of a forced entry into the house. Just a window that was "faulty".

The killer made the garrot from one of Patsy's paint brushes.

The DNA is very suspect. The miniscule amount collected took eight years to develope into a profile. Plenty of time for contamination.

There was no semen and the autopsy was unconclusive as to sexual assault.

The murder occurred on Christmas day, a time of stress for many families. Statistically, a murder on a holiday will be committed by a family member. Think Scott and Lacey Peterson.

Obviously the murderer is a family member. And obviously the family knows which of them did it. If either parent did it, they would have turned on the other.

But they WOULD protect their only remaining child.

The note can be found on the web. Read it for yourself. It is the work of a precocious nine year old who saw one too many action film.

i just watched a whole news thing on this. i still have no idea who did it but am sure it is NOT Karr - although not sure how he knew so much about the crime. But too much of what he said is suspicious.

Jon Benet's own father says he is not confident that Karr is the killer and Karrs ex-wife says he was with her that Christmas - so no possible way he could have been in CO killing the little girl.

As for the theory the little boy did it?? Not even close. They showed what happened to the girl no way in the world a 9-10 year old boy could do that. Strength alone negates it. He was as frail as his little sister he had no way of doing to her what was done.

As for the parents ... when the lead investigator quits the force in protest because they were spending too much time on the parents then you know something is wrong. When a grand jury denies the court going further you know something is off. When the new DA looks at the case and says there is no possible way the parents did it. You know something is wrong.

The first investigation was botched. They screwed up. Period. And i'll be the first to admit i thought the parents were guilty as sin ... but seeing all that they have released now ... i have no doubt in my mind the parents didn't do it.

Now as to who did? We'll probably never know. But i do know that all evidence points to an intruder who snuck into the house before the Ramseys's got home and hid out until they all went to bed. Not like the media reported that he broke in after. i know that the ransom note was not written by the father or mother. 5 handwriting experts studied the note 4 of them said absolutely not and one said hmm maybe possibly couldn't decide. And from that the media said the mother wrote it. PUHLEASE!!!

There was much more but can't remember it all. The media and the orignal investigators screwed up any chances of ever finding the real killer.

I think it's pretty shaky that it's Karr. Disturbed personalities have confessed to crimes they didn't commit, to get attention. But I respect your take on this murder. You've done way more research than me, but the one thing that I can't get out of my mind is a picture I saw of the Ramseys several years ago, out walking one day. Their body language and facial expressions screamed guilt to me. I believe, rightly or wrongly, that the Karr thing is an ongoing coverup. Maybe I'm out on a limb with this, but Ramsey, the father, has a lot of money and pull in the Boulder area, and police departments have been known to be corrupt. What gets me about this latest development is that people are overidentifying with the Ramseys as bereaved parents. They are so completely emotional about the case, including Dr. Phil, who I respect, but I saw an interview with him, and what I noticed was that his eyes were red-ringed as if he'd been crying about it. People don't want to believe that wealthy people, who present a facade of normalcy, could be capable of anything so heinous as a murder of a member of their own family. If the Ramseys were poor, the case would not be stalled by all forms of investigative ineptitude. Appreciate your conscientious evaluation.

My theory: 9 year old brother saw mom and dad getting kinky. Takes little sister into the basement and ties her up, accidentally kills her while copying parents. Parents protect the other child, deliberately contaminating the scene and fabricating the kidnap plot. Karr is a freak who fantasized about molesting/killing JonBenet these last 10 years. His ex-wife claims he was with her at the time the murder happened.

No I do not believe it.This guy is a freak not a murderer .He looks like he is gay ,did you see how he sat in the chair and the way he got up. This is my theory I believe he was having an affair with old man Ramsey and was waiting in the house for a midnight tryst and finally got bored and jealous and killed the baby. Yours make sense a sibling rivalry.

I doubt that Karr is the killer. I believe he knows more than he is saying.
I absolutley that the parents had nothing to do with it.
As for the nine year old brother? puhleez, catch a grip.
Any adult or adolescent knows how to quote movies.
that is just flimsy as hell.

he confessed to the crime. it's too premature to make conjectures. this case has taken 10yrs and still no closure. the Ramseys made a good settlement with Court TV for their suit. Patsy is dead from ovarian cancer. too many questions
poor JonBenet, the innocent victim. what a heinous crime committed by a psycho and a sicko . i hope he rots in Hell.

He knows information that were no longer launched to the well-known public. they are going to be able to compare DNA quickly adequate and discover out then. As for being at the same time with his ex-spouse, it is her be conscious! there is not any actually evidence except some different person grow to be there or considered him. households lie each and each of the time. i do not recognize, inspite of the undeniable fact that it's going to all come out eventually.

God forgive me if I am wrong, but no matter how hard I try I still suspect her parents. All I know is that little angels death broke my heart and I have thought of her many times since her death. It's just plain awful.

It would be nice if it could all be proven. I think Karr is a child molester and I think that he wishes he was there with her when she died but I honestly doubt he did it.

He is just messed up in the head.

No. I think he's a guilty pedo who wants to be punished, but I don't think he killed the Ramsey girl. He has been alibied, as well.
