There are two routes you can go.
1/ Check with a major camera shop, such as Henry's (I've tried Black's and Japan Camera, no go) They may be able to offer a quality housing for your existing camera. On average, they'll cost $250-$500 for current digital cameras.
2/ Purchase what are called amphibious cameras, from a local dive shop. These are all in one cameras, that do ok underwater and above, generally in their own housing that you can't remove them from. Sea & Sea and Bonica are the major players in this market. Expect these cameras, without strobes, to go for about 500 bucks.

well for a quick fix you could get a cheap underwater camera made by Kodak at CVS or Walmart. I used it once and didnt have any problems and the pictures came out great.
