that is not true.
the only way to prevent yourself from getting AIDS or any other STD is to use protection or plain ol' abstinence.

Does circumcision somehow stop the exchange of human body fluids during sex?
HIV is transmitted between two humans when body fluids are "exchanged". Thus, if semen is ejaculated into a woman's vagina, how would removing the foreskin of the male's penis prevent this exchange from happening?
This is as reliable a thought as this: Drinking chlorine bleach will cure AIDS. This is actually truthful if the person who has AIDS drinks chlorine bleach. Then again, chlorine bleach is poisonous, and if any human drinks chlorine bleach, (HIV positive with AIDS or HIV negative) such a person will likely die within a few hours.
Your question sounds like you REALLY need to be doing some SERIOUS thinking. I suggest you DON'T engage in SEX for quite some time. Like let's say at least TEN years, 'cause you have ALOT of thinking to do.

Male circumcision does not PREVENT AIDS but there was a New York Times article on Wednesday that said that the latest studies have shown that uncircumcised men are MORE LIKELY to contract HIV from an infected woman than a circumicised man. However, circumcised men can still get infected. 100% prevention is abstenence. 99% prevention is condoms.

Why do people believe such wishful thinking? This idea is absolutely false. If you won't read the thousands of public health messages and pamphlets just take our word for it - Circumcised men will get AIDS exactly the same as un-circumcised men. If you want to prevent the spread of AIDS and you want to have sex -
Please... Use A Condom!

Despite the NON-scientific report in the NY Times, ACTUAL scientists still know that circumcision does NOT prevent AIDS (see link).
No national health organization in the world recommends routine circumcision. 1000s of Americans who were circumcised at birth have died of AIDS. The rate of HIV infection is higher in mostly-cut USA than in mostly-intact Europe. 80% of the world is happily intact and has no special health, hygiene, or social problems.

Current scientific study suggests that men with foreskin can trap HIV within the skin allowing it greater opportunity to get into the body.
Also there is some research that suggests that HIV has a greater ability to adhere to the skin of the foreskin and be absorbed through the cell membrane there because it is not as impermeable as regular skin.
That said, whether you are circumcised or not, be responsible and use a condom.

reckoning on if the condom continues to be on, breaks or slips off. A condom is a precautionary degree and can secure shelter against HIV, notwithstanding it may slip off. notwithstanding if the condom slips off, a individual would desire to nevertheless no longer get HIV. Many key aspects are in touch. If the condom does not slip off, i'd say to no longer worry. If the contaminated individual is on HAART and is undetectable, i'd actual say no longer. a individual who's undetectable with a viral load below 1500 copies, can't bypass the virus one with the aid of regular intercourse with a condom. If a individual isn't undetectable, it makes it extra volatile yet a condom does help to make it safer. uerethane condoms are lots better than latex condoms and transmit warmth extra advantageous as properly, making it a much extra advantageous condom for safer intercourse practices.

well i dont understand your question cause its missing a few things, but, its my understanding a guy cant get aids through his penis anyway, unless it has an open sore, but they can through the butt. because its a direct opening to the bloodstream, thats why gay guys are more prone to aids.
