How do I view a folder on a desktop in another user account?i hav an administrative account?

i need step by step instructions on how to view a folder on another user account from my administration account

If you have the admin privileges, you have full access. So this is what you have to do.
- Open My Computer window]
- Go to the OS drive (if Windows is installed in C drive, open drive C)
- Then Open “Documents and settings” folder
- From the next folder list, select the user name folder (e.g. If user name is Test, there is a folder called “Test”)
- Then from their, open the folder “Desktop”

Now you are in his desktop folder!

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\folder
replace owner with users account name. and folder with the name of the folder you want to view.
