Well there's no quick fix but what I do is crunches. The work so well. I do 10 reps of 20 4 days a week. Don't work out everyday. Also, don't skip meals or eat only once. Try to have 4-6 small healthy kinda like snacks. Losing weight for me is all about portion control.

the only thing to really get a good looking stomach is cardio to rid that fatty layer on top. You can do all the crunches in the world and you'll build your six pack, but you won't be able to see it without cardio. I do 30min of fast running on a machine w/ little to no incline- the speed is better than the incline (I have a trainer) unless you feel nothing in which case up the incline a little. The key is you don't wanna bulk up and build big muscle, you wanna slim down and tone what you have. You waitied till you had a week sweetie, you wont get much accomplished. I would say cardio 30min a day 3 times a week plus crunches every day (normal and to the sides for obliques) and weight training to build all over muscle to help you burn fat for about an hour 2 days a week. Have fun!

IN A WEEK? And you waited until now to tone? Your butt should have been in gear all Summer! I don't feel sorry for you! OK---I'm pissed at this question, but I'm going to help you because I like you (LMAO). This what you do: You do a few crunches; eat light but healthy; drink a lot of water; do some more crunches. Aerobics wouldn't hurt. If you're serious about really toning even getting in front of the tube with a video is fun! Ok so there you go! I gotta move on to the next question and I'm praying it makes sense!

Riding a bike, sit up's, pilates, and Ball Workouts... I work out with a ball every morning for 1 hour! And i have seen ALOT of change in my body! You'll see changes within 5 days! Most all magazines have little workout ethic's you can use also!! They do Miracles.. "Self" is a great magazine, that has alot of excersizes to chose from! Try and stay away from junk food! That can really put a damper on losing weight!
Drink 8-8 ounces of water a day! Jogging really helps too!

Walking! If you can keep a good pace for 1/2 hour a day, you'll lose weight and tone your muscles. If you want something just for your stomach, do like leg-lifts or sit-ups.

It really depends on how much you weigh and how much abdominal fat you have. In a week, there is not much you can do unless you plan on starving yourself, and I would not recommend that. You may want to try setting a long-term goal when it comes to your weight loss. In the meantime, you can tone your tummy by doing crunches. You should start by doing 25 reps 3 times per week and running helps shed pounds as well. You can try changing your eating habits also.

Do what I did. Jog three miles. Do 450 sit ups. End it with a 1/2 mile jog. Do this 4 times during the week. Also, cut out junk and don't overeat (or under eat). Trust me it works.

Hi
This plan really helped me loose weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Join Aerobics and Pilates. It won't give you 4-pac or 6-pac in a week, but it will help to tone you up and keep those fats away as you eat your junks.

Good luck!

Oh, and do exercise at least 3x/week. Or you can buy a vcd/dvd and do it everyday.

In a week, you can't. But start weight training in about 4-6 weeks you will notice a difference
