That Ramsey murder is ALL over the place. There is not ONE channel that is not showing that. I just flipped through all the channels and that's all there was to watch. I already saw it earlier... and I definitely did not want to see it again. Now, I don't think ET should be showing these type of "news"... there's a reason why it is ENTERTAINMENT! Ah well, I guess they need the ratings.

Well it was a huge unsolved murder mystery that took place 10 years ago and they have just arrested a suspect in Thailand. That is huge and they have been playing it on most shows involving current events. Would you rather hear about which celebs were arrested and who has an eating disorder?

Because it is the latest news... Entertainment Tonight has alot of viewers therefore it can inform a good amount of people. Not everyone watches the news so they may not be informed about the latest news.

because America is obsessed with
" Big Stories" like OJ, or JonBenet.
It's or walk on the wild side, or a chance to see that someone has it worse than us. We are obsessed with other peoples lives. They have books, movies, mini series, specials, all devoted to the serial killer and a whole TV station devoted to Court TV.
