I was wondering what are some things that I could do (with my boyfriend) in Wichita, KS. We love doing all kinds of things, but I'd prefer them not cost alot. They dont' need to be free (although, that would be great), but just not expensive.

You might get some ideas from the link below. Wichita is the largest city in Kansas. It has some good museums, some areas that are fun to stroll through and browse, and lots of dining & shopping. Contrary to the previous suggestion, there won't be any cattle roaming down Kellogg or the Canal Route for you to tip over.

My suggestion is go grab a day trip guide for Kansas. There's tons of ideas and crazy/bizarre places to visit/things to see.

Also, don't pass up on some of the obvious ones. Not that many Wichitans have visited Cow Town. Been years since I went but I had a blast with my family.

I'd even suggest a zoo pass. Sure it's a lot of money up front but we do have a great zoo and spending Saturday mornings walking around the place is great excercise.

Ever done a treasure hunt? Some friends and I used to go out looking for the tree statues. How about the muralist who's painted the Lost Socks laundromats and Kay's This & That?

Just a few suggestions....

Here is a cool site where you enter your address and it tells you how much cancerous air are you breathing in Wichita, Kansas. It is sad but we seem to have one of the highest pollution problems in the nation. So stay indoors by an air filter. Isn't that fun?

Go cow-tipping.... it's funny as shitt, and you get plenty of exercise by running like hell when the cows chase you.
