Is tattoo ink addicting? Does getting one tattoo give you the feeling of wanting another?

I'm pretty sure its the ink that draws a high that may or may not seem natural, but does give off to the mind that high feeling, the feeling of superiority.

In other cases, its the gratification of withstanding pain to result in something attractive and appealing to the eye may induce the addiction even more than the natural "drug" of getting the tattoo ink applied.

Of course it's not ACTUALLY addictive. (Even though it might seem that way...)

I think people just want more tattoos after they get one because they like them so much, & they find out that tattoos don't hurt as bad as they thought they would.

it is not the ink... It could be the addiction to pain or it is the feeling you get when you have one. It makes you feel different...
I dont really know how to describe it.... The fact that it gets you noticed maybe?

I think so... My one and only tatoo is super small. I am a total wimp, and I still contemplated getting a second one.

I think that varies from person to person. Like not everyone becomes addicted to cigarettes or, alcohol.

I have heard this to be so. I know that normally once a person gets one they tend to get more.
