Well, if all the animals speak, think and drive like human beings it would be wonderful. We can see greater developments, technologies and resource available at our disposal to face the dark mysteries of this universe because we will have many more brains thinking, discussing/interacting and doing things which are done just by one specie called human being.
If we could share thoughts with animals we could use their unlimited potential to the fullest for the betterment of both the animal world as well as the human world.

Well, on a serious note, we'd have animal representatives in the parliament. Animals would vote. Animals would even on odd occasions be married to some humans. So, there you have the answer. 'If they speak, think and drive like human being', they'd live like a human being. Like we do.

On some level animals do think like humans. But their thought process is not as sophisticated as the humans. However, evolution is true. They might develop speech and thought process like humans and by that time, it will be the end of the world.... either that of it will be similar to planet of the apes.... but more advanced.

You know what? i was writing up a silly answer but the more i thought about it the more i thought of what a good question it was. If animals speak and think and are as sentient as people then i guess they'll get the vote. Then it'll get into weird stuff like people fighting for bestiality marriage rights.

there willl be no value to humans
they will not be able to respect each other
population will become more as the hybrid varieties might come as a result of humans +animals...
Infact no humans will be alive when animals take over...
Food eating habits might vary,,,
there will be no corruption .. only consumption of humans
it will be most dirtiest place to live...

Hey were animals ourselves and i say i'd rather those animals speak then us humans!We take advantage of possesions too much then regret it after it's lost rather than look after it while it's in hand!!!
