Trying to remember....


Go to COMMAND PROMPT, Type

ipconfig


Then type

ipconfig release

then Type

ipconfig renew

I can't remember if you put a / before release and renew, just ry the other if it doesn't work

Even if you have a wirless card you should have the internet connection account. call your nearest internet subscriber and get an account. They will provide you an ip. Configure that ip in that card. If you have doubt in configure ask the service engineer of that subscriber to do it.

Do ipconfig; assuming you are behind a router, IP 192.168.0.1 then the output of ipconfig should contain Default Gateway. . . 192.168.0.1
