Alright I am currently a college student pursuing a nursing degree and live with my boyfriend. I have class in the day and work in the evening. My boyfriend keeps getting drunk at night since i'm not home. I came home from work tonight at 11 to find puke all over the tiolet and him passed out in the recliner with a pan in his lap as a puke bucket. My question is do I let him sit his happy a** in the chair all night? Or should I be nice and wake him up to go to bed and sleep it off?

you should give him the option of shaping or shipping out. If he does not abide by the rule then let him go. He apparently doesn't realize how much your future means to you. He also does not care about it or you really. The more you are nice to him the more he thinks he can get away with it. Really he is not a little kid and you are not his mommy. You should not be taking care of him, like a kid. A grown man needs to own up to his own responsibility.

Ok first of all good for you for going out and getting a college education! Bravo!!
It sounds like your significant other needs to find something else to fill his time since he can do nothing better than get drunk while you are at school. Unfortunately he needs to come to this realization. It also sounds plausible that he is trying to get your attention so you will stop going to school so you can take care of his sorry a$$.
Finally yes let his happy self sleep in that chair all night. He made that choice to sleep/pass out there, allow him to deal with the consequences for his moronic choices. (PS can you roll his chair into the bathroom so he can deal with the lovely aroma that comes with enjoying too much libation????)----just a thought.

Men are just so damn stupid, I think you should dump him like a bad habit. Just let him stew in his vomit, maybe one day he will grow up. I just think you should get rid of him as quickly as possible. This world has far too many losers. You have a bright future ahead of you. Don't let him drag you into his pathetic dysfunctional world, you deserve better than that.
Women have had to suffer a lot because of the abuse from men. I hope you do not become another one of their victims.

Oh that had to be a nasty site...I would let it sit and let him clean it up in the morning....Had he puked in the pan on his lap if so , I would put it on his head and let it run down...Teach him to drink..
Do not put up with this,,,you need to put your foot down !!!!!! He isn't worth all the trouble...

Does the chair have castors? Roll his loser a** out the door. You don't mention what he is doing. Sounds like he may envious of what you are accomplishing. Don't let him drag you down.
