My personal opinion is no.
I'm speaking as a guy. Pubic hair on a man or woman should not be considered offensive. Like any other body hair it should be kept clean.
However I am in no way offended by anyone who would want to remove it for whatever reason, be it sanitary or for esthetic purposes.
If you do remove it, I would suggest perhaps discussing it with your family doctor or a dermatologist or gynecologist. I would think it would have to be shaved, which would irritate the skin the first few times. Then, perhaps, a chemical hair remover might be usable, but I would definitely ask a doctor before using it.

It is a matter of personal preference. Or if you are involved and you are willing to do so for yourself and/or your mate, you might want to ask their preference. As a licensed cosmetologist the best way to remove hair may very well be the most painful which is by waxing. You are assured to remove the hair completly from the follicle which will keep it from turing back in and prevent unsightly hair bumps. Also hair tends to hold ordor so while you don't have to completly bald it you might wanna trim it down some. Try getting some small personal eletric trimmers (the battery operated ones). Well good luck! SALAAM!

The only reason a girl has to go bare is if she is fighting the crabs. This came from a guy friend of mine while I was asking about the exact same thing years ago. He claimed to love it natural. Also, having a natural look makes you look your age and not like a 9 year old, which could be bad.
If you have to get it gone, wax at a salon, shaving is super uncomfortable and waxing at home is too risky- imagine burning the skin down there OUCH

You don't have to. I do just because that's what I like. The best way for me is to use a cream like Veet or nair. Shaving works but u can get razor bumps and ingrown hairs. Waxing really hurts. Nair is cheap too. Be careful tho not to put it on "certain skin" or it could become irritated.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. A review of the various hair removal methods is available at

Use a depilatory or wax treatment or even a good old fashioned shave!
Is that the trend now? To go with thongs and low-rise jeans? So erotic and I love it!

it's each girls personal choice. If you did want to get rid of it permanently consider laser hair removal but sometimes a little hair is good. Personally I don't like it just cause its itchy lol but its my choice and i know that

Its not really needed to remove it. Some women just like that feeling of having no hair. Be careful removing it..when it grows back it itches to high heaven.

For hygiene purposes its best to get rid of vagina hair. You could either shave it or use cream remover.

God put it there for a reason!!!!! You could trim your bush but you shouldnt wax or shave, then your just asking for trouble, like irritation, pimples, actual scars. Learn to love you for who you are.
