Don't ever shop at SuperCars Inc on Kearny St In Springfield MO. Since their new managment Carrie came in Marti said to me" it's no longer about the people it's about the numbers. Howard's not here anymore and he has no say and nothing to do with this lot."

I had been off work as many of you know since I had fallen down a flight of stairs injuring my back and also a level 3 concussion. I called into Supercars because I had payment arrangments with them, due to a delay in the arrival of my check my payment was going to be late. Once this check gets here I owe SO LITTLE on the car it will be paid in full. I was informed if I could come up with $100 and pay $25 per week then that would be alright, so I went in as agreed when I get there they inform me I'm not leaving with the car and if I do they'll call the cops!!!! I had been doing business with this company for 4-5 years and this was the 3 or 4th car I had bought from them..... and the last!!!

Sorry for your loss and bad luck. Go to the Better Business Bureau and fill out a complaint, no promises but they may be able to help you get your car back, or refer you to somebody who can. Like a beginning lawyer.

I would never buy anything from a buy here pay here, because I heard they keep a spare key to everyone's vehicle and can come and take it anytime that they feel the need to. I've heard so many bad things about them, like your story. If I was you, I would start looking in the paper ads and contact people that are selling their car. The best is if you can find a old couple that are selling their car because they no longer drive. Old people tend to maintain their car very well, and tend to have less miles on them and sell for less.
