Where on message boards, one takes apart a person's message SENTENCE by SENTENCE in retort!

Example:

A argues "Apples taste good.
They're healthy for you.
Apples are as proliferant as oranges.
Thanks for your time."

B argues back, in this manner:

/Apples taste good. /
"I doubt it."
/They're healthy for you./
"Do you even have the proof?"
Apples are as proliferant as oranges.
"No. Oranges are in certain seasons."
Thanks for your time."
"Whatever".

Isn't this a majorly CRASS way of arguing? One can't retain any information that one has to argue a PORTION of one's argument with a phrase or two? If it's arguing, it's one that lacks the creativity to form a decent rebuttal.

Wouldn't it be better if B argued in this manner instead?

Apples aren't that great, or at least, not as healthy as Oranges. You need to check your facts on that.

What do you think?
