my friend just lost her case which bought a car from a bad dealer,he refused to returen the rebate,this case was applied from last May, until this July, she lost. Just $900.This is a small case, but I wondered the judge is either retard or discriminiation cause' we are asians?Canada has a failure educaton of law system.How bad!

You may not know the complete story or the price may have been with the rebate already taken off the sale price. But then some judges and lawyers are dishonest.

who ever said that a judge was fair? its all in the power of the money judges are bought everyday welcome to America

I'd be cautious when using the race card. There must have been a contractual agreement that your friend signed. Did your friend have an attorney? Maybe that would have been helpful.
