Okay, we're taking my mom out for dinner (it's her birthday) and we're going to a real classy restaurant, just the family.
So how's this outfit for yoy, what would you change?
White skinny leg pants, (really nice ones, honest!)
Black, tightish top, with this kinda black lace across the top, it's V-necked... like this.. LOL, ... V ....
And then maybe black pumps or black boots.
Oh yeah and I'm wearing my hair down..
Also, what jewelry? Maybe something to break the black & white?

No boots and yes big colorful chunk necklace down to the V.

Sounds Ok !
But better if you wear the :
#1 Wear the white skinny leg pants (I am going to trust you that they are very nice ok)
#2 With the black tightish top with lace across the top.
#3 Do not wear your hair down. Just roll it up in the back and put like a banana clip on it to keep your hair up. (must be black or better it be white)
# 4 Wear silver ear rings (they must be a little big around or drop)
#5 Wear a silver necklace that show off your neck and that is kinda long that hangs down with your V-line shirt.
#6 Wear the black pumps. They are aways sexy, go with that
and most of all have fun.

That sounds like a very nice outfit, actually. If your planning on wearing your white skinny leg pants, I would suggest that you use black pumps rather then black boots. As for jewelry you could try wearing a couple gold bangles or perhaps even silver bangles. If your going to wear a necklace- don't wear fancy dangling earrings as they will just compete with each other. Try focusing on one important piece of jewelry rather then several in several different places. If your not one for bracelets, you could always go for a classy necklace with a silver base yet with a punch of red on some of the beads or something. White pearl necklaces are very cute and classy as well.

Since it's a "real classy" place, wear black pants instead of white; and a black top, but it shouldn't be too tight. Black pumps, yes. Jewelry? Something simple. Perhaps a silver or gold chain and simple silver or gold earrings. Wearing your hair down sounds like a nice idea.

Big silver hoop earrings! Or even if you wear stones like turquoise, but silver jewelry is best - with matching silver bracelets. If you don't want to do that - tie a colorful scarf around your waist/belt loops. Tie a black and white patterned scarf around your head a'la Samantha Jones in Sex in the City.

pumps, if you wear boots they have to b stilettos and not worn over the pants. but skinnys go better with pumps.
you could wear earrings or a y necklace but not both.
if you are really skinny you could use a pink satin ribbon as a belt.
just try everything on and whatever feels wrong just don´t wear it. good luck
