I taught for four years, then wanted a bit of a change. I actually got a job being a Flight Attendant. I got to travel, meet great people and use the second language I was teaching (French). I did that for 2 years and have now gone back to teaching. I will never regret the experience. It was wonderful.

I'd didn't like the traditional classroom anymore so I chose to work in an alternative school. I preferred a smaller class size and a smaller school anyways. It could prove to be a more relaxed setting because there are fewer students, and you can give each student individual time. It's working out okay so far. I like it better than the regular classroom. The staff is good and discipline is enforced to the letter.

Not me, but my sister...she just graduated with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. She moved to Texas and got a job in a day care center while she applies at nearby school districts.
