Life isn't fair. Never is, never was. We try hard to make it fair.. but that just softens us up for when bad things do happen. In the past.. if thousands of people died, hell who cared?! YOU lived and that's what was important. It used to be a struggle.

Personally I hate hearing that people are dieing... It is unfair... but everything is.

Of course it isn't! However, Israel DID give them flyers that told them to evacuate. If Israel hadn't bombed Lebanon, then Hezzbollah would be more powerful than before.

By the way, I think that the UN is a completely counter progressive. Thanks to them, Hezzbollah is now celebrating and claiming a victory. Terrorists cannot be allowed to live to kill more innocent people.
The Nazis were a political party, just like Hezzbollah.

Do you understand that over one million people in Northern Israel have been displaced and are refugees because of the terrorists stationed in Lebanon raining missiles down on them...for the past ten years...Oh that little nugget somehow got lost in the media love fest staged for the poor people in Lebanon, who were victimized by the terrors and Israel trying to fight the terrorists. I think what happened to Lebanon is terrible. i think the Lebanese government should have tried to go after the terrorist and got rid of them, then they would stop the daily terrorist attacks on Israel, and then Israel wouldn't have to do Lebanon's job of getting rid of the terrorists.

I feel you do not understand the issue. You watch some TV and see the suffering people of Lebanon like Israel attacked them on purpose to intentionally harm the people of Lebanon. Israel was going after the terrorists who have made life in Northern Israel a living hell for the past ten year. Where was you sympathy for the dead Israeli children for the past ten years?

So the conflict is taking a breather, but this will continue because the terrorists get funded from IRAN to continue the attacks on Israel, where did you think they got those rockets from? They are from Iran. If you lived in Northern Israel and had terrorist rockets being fired at you everyday for ten years, and at your homes, school, children, stores, etc, what would you expect your government to do? Well Israel did finally respond, and the Islamic terrorists and their more legitimate people on the fringes spun this against Israel the same way the spun everything that
happened to Iraq against the USA.

So yes grieve for the innocent people who either didn't get out when told to (by Israel, they basically told the regular citizens of that part of Lebanon to leave so they wouldn't get hurt, another fact CNN omitted) or were used as human shields by the terrorists. You see terrorists put their missile launchers in neighborhoods and next to school and hospitals. Pretty scummy of them. Grieve for the innocent dead, it is terrible, but grieve also for the children and innocent victims in Israel, and the survivors: fact children in Northern Israel have shown the greats post traumatic stress syndrome of any group of people in the world!!!!!!!

As usual Israel must fight the Arab world with one hand tied behind its back.

Seriously, though, the number of moderate Arab governments is on the rise. Sensing that they are losing the hearts and minds of the Arab street, radicals such as Iraq and Syria are creating problems (kind of like the loudmouth do-nothing Democrats back home in the USA). But no moderate Arab government likes these countries, and would be glad to see their governments replaced. Which will happen.
Enough.

Fair? Hezbollah went into Israel, kidnapped two soldiers and caused this horrible disaster. The Lebanese need to quit supporting Hezbollah, they are terrorists.
