loathe is a very strong word so people prolly dont loatheyou. if u think so, tho, then try to stay away from that person and if they do start to talk to u then try to b as polite as possible. If that person starts to criticize u then pretend to break down say im sorry and run away. this will make them feel guilty

I don't know, but for those that do just think of it as a term I use for myself "Like water off a duck". It's not important for those that do, their loss, don't waste time on their negative behaviours, focus on those who like you, and beleive in yourself.
