It would depend on how each is prepared. If one fry's all his or her food then yes it would be wise to cut down. If one bakes and eats lean meat, eats lean bacon, and uses real butter (not margarine) to prepare his or her eggs then it is not dangerous. All of these foods are needed for protein, except french fries, but those can be baked as well.

*Margarine is not good for any person with type 2 diabetes, it can raise count by 60-100 points. Real butter reduces the count by the same amount. Besides this, margerine is 1 molecule away from being plastic.

We live in a world where people are more busier then they have ever been. We have married people with both parents working and the divorce rate is soo much higher. We spend most of our time eating at fast food restraunts because we live very hectic, stressful and busy lives. We live in a world where we are classified as "OBESE because people are more overweight then we ever have been. I am affraid what our world will bring in the next 10 years. Our life expectantcy will not be good. People will be having heartattacks or living a life with bad health. Ask the question "Do you want to take the risk that you will die soon?"...

I am living testament that it is not!!! since i was like five ive hated fruits and veggies with exception of corn, potatoes, apples and bananas and you list is a perfsct summary of my daily intake meat and grease isnt as bad for you as they say it is ive done manual labor and physically demanding jobs all my life and never had a problem, was even in the military! still im healthy as a horse so go ahead and eat up =)

Who knows for sure. My Gpa smoked and ate biscuits with bacon every morning and usually cooked lunch and dinner in the grease from it. He lived until he was like 96.

that's a lot of high fat and cholesterol foods you have listed. But anything is ok, in moderation. If you want bacon, eat turkey bacon, it is reallllly good and has a lot less fat than pork bacon. Just a thought...

No, it is not dangerous as long as you complement it with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and physical exercises on the regular basis as well.

If u eat them daily yes. Its to much fat. Try not to eat to much fat n fried food. But its not dangerous its just bad for u. Eat healthier food

No more than eating anything else. Maybe if you had yourself a mongo portion with every meal but so long as you eat normal portions you'll be fine.

Yes and no.

If eaten in excess, you may run the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke.

But if eaten in moderation they can be a part of a health diet.

Too much fried foods are never good for you. It is very fattening too. Too many eggs will raise your cholesterol level.
