I found this site with photos of women wearing micro bikinis and I started to wonder if anyone really wears these things in public.

I actually bought one from wicked weasel. It's yellow and when it gets wet you can see through it. The thing is that i've never actually worn it. I bought it as a dare and hopefully someday I'll have the guts to put it on.

Thongs are a part of everyday life for me so wearing a thong bathing suit is comfortable, however I only wear this in my own backyard to get a tan with minimal tan lines. My other bikinis are all about my tan. I'm not trying to look sexy or get attention.

Definitely! I go to the nude beach so I don't wear anything there, but I bought 2 from Wicked Weasel (awesome...check out their site) that are tiny, sheer, and totally see through when wet. I wear them to friend's pools if I know that I can't go naked there because of neighbors, etc.
They're the next best thing to being completely naked.

I have. In Thailand, Austraila, Europe, South Beach and San Diego. Also my wife and step daughter have a couple from wicked weasel. They always wear them.
