Do Americans secretly wish for civil war in Iraq? There would be many good things that come out of it, such as millions of dead Muslims. Is that what Americans want?
What would be the downside of such an event?

Reading your answers, most of you seem to have no idea of the Muslim religion. The Muslim book preaches to kill any non-Muslim person, and this is deeply engrained into their religion. Terrorists are a major faction of the Islamic religion, which teaches that doing terroristic acts in the name of Allah gains them everlasting life after death. Each man is awarded 72 virgins to rape at his disposal. Women are treated like object slaves in their culture. Anyone who does not strictly follow the rule of Islam is publicly beaten, tortured and killed. What part of peace is in this culture? It is not even a consideration. Their sole purpose in life is to follow Allah, and to kill anyone who does not. You think they want peace? When was the last time you saw a peaceful Islamic country.

I hope so. I am convinced the islamic people are nothing but heathens that that civilized world has foolishly eduacated and they are now demonizing the the whole world. There have been heathen cultures that have become civilized where christianity was its root . But i am convinced that there is absolutly no chance in hell for the islamic idoits of the world. ps go burn a koran. Its fun.

Terrorism, despotism, and oppression live in anarchic situations. A civil war would help to spawn such negative events. Millions would face untold horrors that would make the current situation seem like a day at the park.
A Sunni/Shiite war would very possible spread throughout the region igniting a regional war. Oil prices would be the least significant consequence.
I don't want to see millions of Muslims dead. I only want to see the radicals, who won't stop killing until they die, dead. And this is because I don't see any other solution.

I am an American and I do not wish for a civil war in Iraq or any war there for that matter. So many people try to blame the US for everything but I tell you what, even though US troops are still in Iraq, the country is that of the people who live there and they are on a track to annihilate themselves. They must stand up and say they want to get along and live peacefully amongst the differences.

I don't wish for war anywhere. Those who suffer are the innocent children.You know what? With your idiotic thinking like that what makes you any better than the terrorists that hate us? They want Americans dead but you want Muslims dead. You are just as ignorant as they are. Why would anyone want anybody to die? I guess I'll never understand that. Not all Muslims are terrorists. Just like not all Americans are as stupid as you.

No. I am American and I do not wish for civil war in Iraq. I wish for peace for Iraq. I do not want to see or hear about any dead muslims. I wish for muslim children in Iraq to be able to go to sleep at night knowing that they will wake up to peace and a normal life like any child would deserve.

"Americans" in general I would guess do not want to see innocent people die. There are some sickos out there, just like there are everywhere. But no one, not even Bush haters, want to see the violence and destruction that would come with civil war. Those of us who disagree with the president, and have been saying all along that this would happen would love to be wrong, and it will be a sad day if it comes.

I do not believe that the majority of Americans or anyone else would wish to see civil war in Iraq. Most Americans want to see a functioning Iraq and our troops home ASAP.

Many American billionaires have stakes in military industry. War is needed for America`s survival. Of course civilian muslims will be killed but such collateral damage is needed.

Kissinger ,Prince Phillip.and Bush have all stated that the Bilderberg Agenda want to reduce world population by 60% to make the New World order global dominance easier and to make more resources available to the remaining elite and their slaves.
only a nuclear war can kill people in these numbers.

I don't wish for millions of dead Muslims. I do wish Iraq could support their own democracy without having to sacrifice US troops. If creating a democracy means they have to have a civil war, then do it and get it over with.
