If I were you I would keep it and run down the street Naked then go to a pool and jump off the high dive and yell "THREE NIPPLES" and then go and get it taken off and when you go back to the pool no body will know it was you, and you wont get arrested for undecent exposure in public! WOOT WOOT

that all depends .If it has any blood vessels attached to it I'm assuming it is on your belly or there abouts> removing that third one is no problem it is done under local and your fine > If it doesnt bother you its interesting to talk about .
