Personally I like the night. I work night shift and only night shift. If someone tries to wake me up before 9am s**t will hit the fan. I will stay wake all night but never get up early. Besides sunsets are far better then sunrises anyday.

I prefer the evening, thats when most of my energy peaks. The only bad thing about it is I hate to work in the evening, I like to be able to relax if I want to or go out and party.
