OK,
DDT .... Not even close. Never a reported fatality and the LD50 is huge.
Botulinum toxin ..... not man made (Botulism, and hence the toxin, comes from a natural microbial source).
TCDD .... No. TCDD is terratogenic and, while toxic, is not necessarilly lethal.
VX .... looking good! A number of the organophosphates are incredibly lethal AND quick acting. Moreover, while VX is the most widely known, and produced, nerve gas ..... you can bet there are others that aren't as well publisised.
Have fun!

Nerve Gas VX; or to state its true name O-ethyl S-2 Diisopropylaminoethyl-Methylphosphonothiolate
VX is the deadliest nerve agent ever created. Known by its U.S. Army code name, it is a clear, colorless liquid with the consistency of motor oil. A fraction of a drop of VX, absorbed through the skin, can fatally disrupt the nervous system. Although a cocktail of drugs can serve as an antidote, VX acts so quickly that victims would have to be injected with the antidote almost immediately to have a chance at survival.

instantly lethal or toxic lethal... Look up a chart of LD-50's the lower the number the more dangerous the chemical.
Now if you are refering to instantly lethal, it depends on the method of death you are referring to.

botulinum toxin. Its lethal dose in mice is 0.0000003 mg of botulin/kg of body mass in mice.
This is about 10,000 times more toxic than either TCDD (dioxin) or plutonium.
