You can blow up a balloon with a big mouth on it and then fill it with pudding that is made, carefully, and tie it tight.
I guess you're going to throw them at something. That's gonna be messy.
I guess you could put in the mix, then the milk but you'll need to pour the milk in with pressure, like tap water.

K first of all u need a funnel. Connect the bottom tube part of the funnel to the neck of the balloon, and pour the milk/pudding in the top wide part of the funnel. Hope you have fun with that baloon ;p

This works, but it is very time consuming.
Fill your mouth with pudding, put your mouth up to the balloon and blow the pudding in just as if it were air.
Lastly, throw the balloon at your friends head, good times.

i would get the instant pudding mix it in a bowl and before it sets use a funnel to pour it into the ballon.

Make the pudding and then using a funnel, feed it into the balloon and THEN refrigerate. Enjoy!

Use one of those nozzles that professional bakers use to spread real buttercreme frosting on cakes. Any gourmet food shop will sell these.
