I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide and looking for an over-the-counter on-the-spot acne treatment. Has anybody found any products containing different ingredients with success? I will be choosing a best answer so please be honest and, if possible, use sources...thank you!

I once used Nature's Cure and it worked. It's 10 dollars at your local drugstore for a 1 month supply. It comes with pills and a medication that has 5% Benzoyl Peroxide cream. HOWEVER, the pills alone work and have no Benzoyl in them. Let me explain;
When I had Nature's Cure I was a bit younger. I gave my sister the medicated cream and I took the pills twice a day (morning and night, they should be chewed but can be swallowed). I never once used the creme and my face cleared up just fine. Hope this works for you.

And by the way, ProActive uses Benzoyl Peroxide as well, so please don't order that.

Hi, there is a company called Arbonne that has an acne line called Clear Advantage. They don't have that ingredigent in their product. I have a girlfriend that has tried everything out there and nothing worked until this. You could have your Mom check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com
Good luck to you.
