ok one of my biggest petpeves is when people call these kinds of bands (like fall out boy, hawthorn heights ect.) gay or crap im so sick of people making fun of this music. so ill make fun of what other people listen to. country: whould they shut up with their wineing oh my poor sick dog my wife left me and then you have people who say hawthorn heights and stuff is influencial whell all country people talk about is bear bear bear. and rap: the rappers think their all getto and stuff as they sit in their mansions on a lake and they call fall out boy posers so think twice before you critasize them. thanks.

I hate misspelled words about as much as you hate people that make fun of your "punk rock" music. With that said, let me correct you:
-petpeves is spelled pet peeves
-whould is spelled would
-wineing is spelled wining
-influencial is spelled influential
-whell is spelled well
-getto is spelled ghetto
-critasize is spelled criticize
...I won't even start in about your grammar and punctuation.
And lastly, I listen to country and there is no denying that the country genre is all about losing your dog, your wife, your house, etc.
Hell, Rascal Flatts even made a song about it--"Backwards", ever heard it?
You get your house back
You get your dog back
You get your best friend Jack back
You get your truck back
You get your hair back
Ya get your first and second wives back
Your front porch swing
Your pretty little thing
Your bling bling bling and a diamond ring
Your get your farm and the barn and the boat and the Harley
First nite in jail with Charlie
Sounds a little crazy, a little scattered and absurd
That's what you get when you play a country song backwards
And I wouldn't be criticizing those rappers too much. Evidently, they've done something right...they have more money than me and you put together, I’m sure.
Who cares what people say about the music you listen to, if you like it, that's all that matters. What a ridiculous thing to argue over--now get off here and go turn up your Fall Out Boy and go jump around, or whatever you kiddos do in your free time...

Music is like beauty, it depends on the beholder... I have my own preferences, and try to respect other peoples opinions. Have never much listened to country, but gotta admit that Toby Keith is great, would be proud to have him as a neighbor. Variety is the spice of life, kiddo. If others respect my space, I am happy to do the same... I think the reason some people have such strong opinions is that they are subjected, involuntarily I might add, to other people's music at the stoplight... No one type of music is right or wrong, just a matter of taste...

I like punk- but I don't classify fall out boy or hawthorne heights as punk... fall out boy is barely remniscent of punk- it's pop. And hawthorne heights... well, I guess emo/pop... I dunno... I don't listen to emo, so I could be wrong at that.
That said- I don't like those groups, or country, or rap, and I'll admit to having called them crap on occasion. But that's just my opinion. If you want to listen to it, go ahead, and if people give you crap over it, just ignore them. The same goes for anyone else. People have a right to express their opinions, and if you are planning on using that right yourself, don't take it so seriously.

I like that kind of music, as long as it’s not too screamy. Everyone has their own tastes in music, so just ignore the people who make fun of what you like. I’m sure they're ignoring you right now. On a side note, please learn to use the spell check and take a few English classes. Reading your question was actually painful.

i understand the place you're coming from... yet Hawthorn Heights and FOB are terrible exaples of "sturdy" music. =/ and there is not any such ingredient as a "POSER" until eventually they seem to be a hide band. all actual bands do their very own ingredient. none would be concidered a "poser" band. WOAH: "4th of all, rock and rap are puh-retty plenty a similar ingredient, jst a diverse beat tone. cuz they the two are exceedingly quickly." **** THAT. do you pay attention to the lyrics of the two genres!?!?! they are no longer something alike. thank you. it rather is exceedingly plenty an INSULT to any rocker... asserting rap is same. hell no.
