From the current trend, Asian females have no problems appearing on the Real World, but Asian men, nope.
I'm an Asian male and I have been watching MTV since I was a kid. How do you think I feel when I never see Asian males like me on MTV? Anglo-Americans and Asian females don't understand, nor do they care.

Already had an Asian chick a few seasons ago. Her name is Jamie Chung. She appeared in Real World: Sand Diego back in 2004.
She appeared in the pages of of Stuff Magazine back in the July 2004 issue wearing a swimsuit. Also Jamie knows how to have a good time here:

so it just depends on the person's personality and how they fit with the cast they're choosing.
