As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? Did you actually do it, or was it a silly thought?

I wanted to be just like my grandfather. He was a mailman and he made good money and seemed to like his job. I worked as a mailman after i got out of the navy then got hurt on the job and i am about to be retired due too disability. LOL I also wanted to be Peter Chris from the rock Band KISS on the weekends but that never panned out.

as a kid i wanted 2 be alot of things i wanted 2 be a princess,a mother, aunt, and a sister most of all take care of kids who had no parent when theyy were growin up. I couldnt be a princess or daddy little princess cuz he died when i was smaller about a year old. I am still workin on being a mother n a aunt but i have alot of years left 2 be a mother. but a anut i am ready any time and daii. I am still workin on helping kid s wit their parents, for example not havin 1 of them while growin up. So i feel there pain cuz like i said i didnt had a father while i was growin up. So i wouldnt want da 2 happen 2 any other kid around.

I wan't to be a cowgirl princess, or Barneys best friend. Yea reeeeal silly... kind of retarded actually, and I am still in schoo. but now I want to be a culinary artist or a director, guess i have come far from the old days.. haha

I wanted to be a policeman. Since the Marine Corps turned me down and I don't like school enough to get the 60 credits necessary. I will probably never become an officer. I wanted to be a S.W.A.T. team sniper.

i honestly cant remember what i wanted to be as a kid, as a teenager i decieded to be an alcoholic and not carry on taking driving lessons (ok this was because i was having to cancell them cos i was over the drink drive limit 17 quid a lesson i didnt need to pay) and i still drink to much but I'm proud that i never have been or will be a drunk driver i don't mind bieng a drunk

I wanted to be a movie star, and no, I'm not one, I also wanted to be a wife and mother...which I did. Didn't have alot of sense when it came to picking a compatible mate, but our kids all turned out great. so I think it was not such a silly thought.

my first memory of what i wanted to be when i grew up was a tennis player. i have no clue why because to this day i have never played a game of tennis. im still young so theoretically it still could happen but due to lack of interest and talent i do not think you will be seeing me at wimbledon anytime soon.

I wanted to be a nurse have kids, and lots of pets. I have done them all, adopted 2 children and had 2. Now that mine are grown I have foster children, cause I still have a lot of love to share.

I wanted to be a truck driver then an FBI agent. Later on I wanted to be Steven King but ....nah. I haven't done any of them but I;m still fairly young so who knows?
