im 14 & wanna know if i should get my nose & tongue pierced?

I got my nose pierced at 14 and I still have it. I love it but I see so many people with it now that it's annoying. I won't take it out because I like the way it looks on me and in India nose piercing is a sign of beauty. But the tongue? No way. I say this to all of my friends who consider tongue piercings and/or got one... what is it for? It's INSIDE you mouth man! You can't say its for individuality because everyone has it these days (teeny boppers to old folks) and you can't say it's for people to see because it's in your mouth. Why do people bother piercing something that isn't visible unless you are yawning or throwing your tongue out and playing with it. It's unattractive to have it especially when people play with. There are also chances of disability! If the piercer hits a certain vein in your tongue you become automatially paralyzed... I mean is it worth that? For something you'll probably take out anyway when you grow up and get into the real world. Also, most jobs don't like tongue rings... so what will you do when your older out looking for a job?

I mean particularly? the hazards are extreme, your tongue s packed with thousands of nerves and flavor buds, you kill those and lose sensation in some or area f our tongue. in case you purely like the flavor of lead on your nutrition then flow for it now to not educate the opportunity of an infection the position the tongue swells as a lot because the size of a fist risking clogging your throat and suffocating you i'm saddened to study your friends enable you to. you could honk it truly is cool yet you'll remorseful about it . Like once you get your first tattoo little doubt and your marked for existence, they are not user-friendly to eliminate and that makes you seem worse. Oh nose yes. I got mine done when I was 15 and it's wonderful. Tongue, if you really want, but I know alot of people who got infections from it, so if you're responsible then yeah, but otherwise wait a while and think about it. But nose rings are lovely.

the toungue is great. i loved it just for me not to use on anyone. the thing is with after care you do have to use listerine everytime you eat for first month. at pircers say for the 2 weeks but trust me or you will get sick and have to get rid of it. when you get sick your toungue can get really big. i would also say that you should go to a pro to get it done. as long and your parents say taht it is cool then go for it. when it comes to you nose i would say thing twice. use a fake on and wear it everyday for a week to see how it will look. you might say it is not worth the hole.
