It doesn't matter if they ban them or not! Like the old days when the put a ban on alcohol...they found ways to drink, to transport, and to make it.
Someone or some entity will take it upon themselves to become the "lords of smoke". Then like the old days. Gangs will fight for distributorship of of what will be an illegal act.
In a way it sort of happens now. Selling cigarettes with the tax stamp on the bottom. Buying them from tax free areas then re-selling them to stores at a cheaper rate then their regular distributor. We just don't hear that much about it.
It's not going away. Too many people are hooked and there's nothing the government can do about it. In the mean time the Companies put on this little "show" that they are going to let everyone know the dangers of cigarette smoking. Yeah Right!
Either way...as the "hooked" public ambulates off to buy another pack or two these Corprate nere-do-wells, still benefit from the public's addictiveness.
In the mean time WE get to pay for this with our high insurance rates!
Thank you Cigarette Tycoons!
